Tech confidence, built for families.
Why GiggleByte exists
AI showed up faster than most families could keep up. Teens are already using it. Parents are wondering what's safe. Grandparents are getting scam calls that sound more real every year. Everyone's figuring it out alone.
GiggleByte was built to change that, so families can learn tech together, without the fear.
Built by someone who's sat beside you
GiggleByte is built by a former Apple Genius who spent years leading family workshops, sitting beside kids, parents and grandparents and helping them feel at home with their devices. That work grew into 15+ years in tech: frontline support, leading an IT team, and today helping a large organization manage its technology responsibly.
The lesson from all of it is simple: nobody is "bad with tech." They just need someone patient who explains it plainly.
What we do
GiggleByte brings that same patient, plain-language help online. We try the AI tools everyone’s talking about, from the brand-new to the ones in the news, and tell you plainly what we found. Then we sort it all by who you are (Teens 13+, Parents, Seniors) and how comfortable you feel. Our free weekly newsletter, The Safe Click, comes in three editions, so everyone gets the version that fits them.
Why "GiggleByte"?
Because learning tech should feel fun, not intimidating. A little giggle goes a long way.
What we promise
- Plain language, never jargon or scare tactics.
- Free to read.
- The Teens edition never has sponsors or affiliate links. If the adult editions ever carry sponsors, they'll be clearly labeled, and sponsors never decide what we recommend.
- We'll never sell your email.
